Things are good, more organized.

Things are getting better, schedule wise. We're starting to figure out the new juicer, and how all these things will work during the day. Amy and I had to time shift a few items such as meals to be more inline with with family. This way she can assist in the preparing of the oatmeal and warming the soup and baking the potato and I can eat with the family. She's been quite a bit of help in the juicing room as well.

I can feel a video of how things work in the Gerson room is brewing.

What I have not yet figured out is how work is going to happen. There are certainly a few spells during the day where there is *gasp* nothing to do. Just long enough for a mental break. Over the next few days, I hope to find a rhythm and get back to putting in a few hours a day. -- Hi Mark, I'll call you soon!

I plan to get my blood work done again early next week. I'll then call Dr Cervantes and get his review to see just how long I get to stay on this reduced version of the Gerson program. Considering that I am back to feeling great, I'm sure I'll be back at full steam in no time at all!

The Gerson Therapy is a strict regimen that requires 13 daily freshly prepared juices accompanied by a low-fat, no-salt vegan diet which is high in potassium. In combination with coffee breaks to promote detoxification, the combination has been proven time and again to heal the body and spirit.

I am so happy that you are home with your family and glad to hear things are becoming more organized. Everything new is hard at first, but once you get used to it; it becomes the norm. You are an inspiration to me and I am sure many others for taking this journey and sharing it with us. So grateful for that. We talk about you at home all the time; you are our reference and we are sending positive energy your way. We would love to see the Gerson room and a video would be awesome.

Thanks again and looking forward to some really positive results for you in the future.

Stay well and have a nice weekend with your family. ;)
